• Employee ID
• Email address (if provided)
• Organization details

Location Information (Precise Location – Foreground & Background)

Saamarthya Milk collects precise location data (GPS and network-based) of employees.

Location is collected for:

• Marking attendance (check-in/check-out)
• Verifying employee presence at assigned workplace
• Monitoring field staff during duty hours
• Preventing attendance fraud
• Workforce management and reporting

When location is collected:

• When the user marks attendance
• While the app is in use (foreground)
• In the background during duty hours, even when the app is closed or not in active use (with user permission)

Important: Location tracking occurs only for registered employees and for legitimate business purposes. We do NOT use location data for advertising or selling to third parties.

Device & Usage Information

• Device model and manufacturer
• Operating system version
• App version
• IP address
• Log data and crash reports
• App usage statistics

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide attendance and workforce management services
• Verify employee work location
• Generate attendance reports

3. Firebase and Third-Party Services

Our app uses Google Firebase services, which may collect certain information for:

Firebase operates under Google’s Privacy Policy. We only use Firebase to improve app functionality and stability.

With the Employer / Organization

Employee information (including location data) is shared with the registered employer organization strictly for:

• Maintain attendance records

• Enforce agreements

After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Note: Disabling location permission may prevent attendance features from functioning properly. We request only the minimum permissions necessary for core functionality.

However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended only for registered employees and authorized users and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
